We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan intends to meet on Monday 17 April 2023 at 1:30 P.M. to discuss and approve, amongst others, the consolidated interim financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2023.

All sensitive matters reported to or discussed at the Board meeting will be disclosed to the market as soon as the Board meeting is closed.

A conference call will also take place on Wednesday 19th April 2023 at 1:30 pm (Doha Time) through QNBFS to discuss Q1 2023 results in more details with the investors.
